Why Does Processing Take Up to 7 Days?
At Sundown Scents, we believe that crafting the perfect candle/wax melt takes time, care, and attention to detail. Each candle/wax melt is poured in small batches to ensure consistent quality and allowed to properly cure, enhancing both its scent throw and overall performance. This meticulous process, combined with quality checks and careful packaging, may require up to 7 days before your order is ready to ship.
We sincerely appreciate your patience and assure you it’s worth the wait. When your candle/wax melt arrives, it will be at its full potential, ready to fill your space with comforting warmth and fragrance.

Curing Guidelines for Coconut Soy Wax
To deliver the best possible scent experience, we adhere to the following curing guidelines:
• Recommended Cure Time: Coconut soy wax requires a curing period of 10-14 days. Due to the wax’s coconut content, this longer cure time allows the fragrance oil to fully bind with the wax, improving both cold and hot scent throw.
• Storage During Curing: During the curing process, candles/wax melts are stored in a cool, dry environment, away from sunlight or heat sources. This helps prevent sweating, color changes, and potential scent degradation.
